It can support better sleep, a reduction in anxiety and stress levels, physical and energetic blocks, and personal development.
Sound sessions in both group and 1:1 settings can provide a safe environment to both experience deep relaxation and the opportunity to learn how to manage our stress levels more successfully. 1:1 sound sessions are individually tailored to the client making for a unique experience for each person. Sessions should be booked in advance to ensure availability.
